Privacy Policy

ClearField FSM is operated by Lanyu Technologies for the service company that set up your account. Office staff, technicians, and contractors use it to manage property-maintenance work orders. Access requires an account provisioned by your service company — there is no public sign-up.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, role, and language preference, provided when your account is created.
• Work content: work-order details, notes, messages, schedules, and job photos you upload while documenting work.
• Device information: if you enable notifications in the mobile app, a push-notification token for your device.

The service also processes property and tenant contact information — names, phone numbers, addresses, access details, and related messages — supplied by your service company's clients to coordinate maintenance work. This information is handled as business records of your service company and shown only to the staff and workers who need it for a job.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: dispatching and scheduling work, documenting jobs, coordinating between office staff and field workers, and sending you operational notifications (email, SMS, or push) about work assigned to you. We do not use your information for advertising.

What we share

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, email, SMS, and push delivery), each bound to process it only on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

Work records are retained as business records of your service company. To correct or delete your account information, or to request account deletion, contact us at william@lanyu.ai — we respond within 30 days.
